This well-kept, cosy cottage is located near the beach of Sas Linnas Siccas in Cala Liberotto, in a strategic position, the ideal starting point for exploring both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the interior, which offers wonderful excursions.
The two-storey house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room on the first floor and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. This is complemented by a terrace and a garden with a barbecue to enjoy the good weather and the evening breeze. It is possible to park in the street adjacent to the flat but there is no dedicated parking space.
Drive along via Fuile ‘e mare and continue on viale de Sas Linnas Siccas where you turn left onto via dei pini and continue to house number 2a until you reach the entrance to the house you will find free street parking next to the house.
