The house, which dates back to the late 1800s, has been restored, and the original stone walls and courtyards have partially re-emerged. The floors on the living room floor are made of old tuff.
The property consists on the second floor of kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a double bed, the first bathroom accessed from the small courtyard adjacent to the kitchen. Externally the large terrace with deck chairs and outdoor shower. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, all double and all equipped with old wooden closets and wrought-iron four-poster beds. The fixtures are made according to the original designs. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with cribs. The second bathroom located on the second floor was recently made; it has 2 sinks, toilet and a large shower area with water jets and multifunction. The floors are made of stone and antique ceramics.
Also part of the house are an outbuilding (approx. 70 sq. m.) and a structure, once reserved for animals, both under renovation. The courtyard under the house is surrounded by flower beds. Up to 3 cars can be parked in the courtyard.
